Overview

Hauly is designed with privacy in mind. Your packing data stays on your devices and in your private iCloud account. We do not operate servers that store your data.

Data Storage

All your modules, lists, and items are stored locally on your device and synced via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). This means:

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
We never see, access, or process your packing data
Deleting the app or turning off iCloud removes your data from our reach entirely

Collaboration

When you share a list with others, Apple's CloudKit sharing handles the data exchange. Shared data is visible only to the participants you invite. We do not have access to shared content.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect personal information, usage data, or device identifiers.

In-App Purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

In-App Feedback

Hauly includes an optional feedback feature powered by VoiceBox. If you choose to submit feedback, your message and any associated metadata are sent to VoiceBox's servers. This is entirely opt-in.
